The County of San Diego with its seventy miles of coastline, once occupied by the Kumeyaay Indians is a land of first choice for many homeowners. Historically, Juan Cabrillo when sailing for Spain in1952 discovered the San Diego bay and claimed it as part of the Spanish empire.
